Due to the nature of digital products and services, purchased subscriptions, implementation fees, onboarding fees, consulting services, and other digital deliverables are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing by NerveMind AI, Inc.. Any approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
No physical products are sold through this website. Return and exchange policies applicable to physical goods do not apply to software subscriptions, digital services, or consulting engagements.
