All approvals are performed by designated human authorities within the organization. Outcomes are recorded as Approved by [Role], Blocked by policy, or Escalated for human review.

Who Bears Legal Responsibility

Legal responsibility lies with the organization and approving officers acting within the organization’s authority hierarchy.
